Day-to-day paperwork, calls, diary, official filings, expense claims, business travel: we take all of it on. You get documents ready to book — and the hours back.
You choose what to delegate. Each service works on its own, or alongside the others.
Business support & administration
From €249/month
The complete offer. Day-to-day files, mail, CCSS and ACD filings, call handling, diary, client and supplier follow-up, chasing. Expense claims are included from the middle tier upwards.
For those who want to delegate this one area. Collection, compliance checks, data entry, legal archiving and reporting. Priced on the number of people actually involved.
In a small firm, admin is paid at the founder's hourly rate.
Sorting the mail, chasing an unpaid invoice, preparing documents for the accountant, answering the phone during a client meeting: none of it appears on a line in your accounts. It is paid all the same — at the hourly rate of the most expensive person in the business, the one who should be producing or selling.
Then there are the errors. Close to one in five manually processed expense claims contains one; each correction takes around eighteen minutes and costs roughly €48 once administrative time is accounted for.
And finally the regulatory risk: a non-compliant receipt or a miscalculated allowance exposes the employer during a CCSS or ACD inspection.

The count nobody is keeping
In Luxembourg, a business trip costs more than its budget.
A cross-border employee has 34 days a year outside Luxembourg before their entire salary becomes taxable in their country of residence — retroactively, from day one, with half a day counting as a full day.
That counter does not only track remote work. Every day spent on assignment, every training course abroad, every client visit feeds it too. A travelling salesperson can cross the threshold without ever having worked from home.
A second threshold, entirely independent of the first, applies to social security: beyond 49.9% of annual working time spent outside Luxembourg, affiliation moves away from the CCSS (Luxembourg's joint social security centre). It is entirely possible to comply with one and breach the other.
At EG Corporation this count is not an add-on. It is part of how we handle your administration and manage your travel, because it is the same file.
The two thresholds that govern a cross-border employee
The tool is included
A photo, a forwarded call. That is all we ask of you.
Receipts are captured from a smartphone at the moment of spending, through the G-Expense app included in your subscription. Your calls are forwarded to us. Everything else happens on our side.
Behind it, a workflow with AI tooling handles what is repetitive — reading, sorting, matching, pre-entry. Human work concentrates where it counts: compliance checking and your client relationship.
Nothing gets lost
Captured on the spot, from a smartphone, at the moment of spending.
Real-time tracking
See where every file stands, without chasing us for an update.
Approval on your terms
Final sign-off stays with you. This is not a black box.
What happens to a receipt between the spending and the accounts
You are not learning a management system. The configuration, the control rules and the regulatory monitoring stay with us.
The real trade-off
We are not an alternative to software. We are an alternative to hiring.
Comparing our fee to software misses the point: software sells you a tool you still have to configure, feed and maintain. The comparison that matters is with a hire — and in Luxembourg that figure is not a market average, it is a legal minimum.
