Data collected through this site
The contact and audit request forms collect your name, your company, your email address, optionally your phone number, and the qualifying information you provide. No account is created and no prospect database is built: your request is sent by email and handled as such.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is processed in order to respond to your request and, where applicable, to prepare a contractual relationship. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
Data processed as part of our services
As part of our services we process administrative documents, receipts and travel data on behalf of our clients. In that context EG Corporation acts as a processor within the meaning of the GDPR, the client remaining the controller. The arrangements are set out contractually.
Recipients
Data is not passed to any third party for commercial purposes. Technical providers involved in delivering the service, in particular the publisher of the G-Expense app, are bound contractually.
Retention
Contact requests are kept for as long as needed to handle them and for any commercial follow-up. Accounting documents processed under a mandate are kept in accordance with the statutory retention obligations applicable in Luxembourg.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise it, write to us at prospect@egcorporation.lu.
Complaints
You may lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD), the supervisory authority in Luxembourg.
