Business travel management
Organisation, travel policy enforcement, budget tracking — and the expense claims that follow, included. A badly managed trip costs twice: once in budget, once in tax exposure.

Organising a trip is not booking a ticket.
Without structured management, around 15% of the travel budget goes on avoidable spending: late bookings, purchases outside policy, undetected duplicates, inconsistent treatment between employees.
In Luxembourg, though, the budget is only the visible part. Every day spent on assignment abroad consumes the 34-day allowance a cross-border employee has before their entire salary shifts into their country of residence's tax regime — retroactively, from day one.
No booking tool watches that counter. No expense management software watches it either. Yet every trip you organise adds to it.
Two terms that determine your price.
Our pricing rests on precise definitions. We would rather set them out plainly at the start than have them surface mid-contract:
- Active traveller
- An employee who made at least one business trip during the month. Not your total headcount.
- Travel project
- A conference, a multi-stop sales tour, a group trip, an event. These are quoted separately.
The trip, from request to receipt.
- Full organisation
- Transport, accommodation and transfers, within your travel policy.
- Policy enforcement
- Ceilings, travel classes, preferred suppliers. Deviations are flagged, not silently absorbed.
- Budget tracking
- Travel spend by employee, department and destination.
- Assignment-day counting
- Against both the 34-day tax threshold and the 49.9% social security threshold.
- Expense claims included
- Spending incurred on trips we organise is handled within the subscription, with no double entry.
Priced per active traveller.
The price follows the number of people who actually travel in a given month. Standard trips are included in the subscription; travel projects — conferences, tours, events — are quoted separately.
- Micro business, start-up
- From €180/month
- SME
- From €740/month
What our pricing does not cover.
Visa and immigration formalities, destinations requiring enhanced security cover, bookings made under 24 hours' notice, and cascading cancellations or re-routings are quoted separately.
Third-party costs are passed through at cost.
Tickets, hotels and transfers remain your expense, charged at the price paid. Our fee covers the management, not the travel.
Is your travel actually under control?
The free audit covers travel too: budget variances, off-policy practices, and exposure to cross-border thresholds if you employ cross-border staff.
